Perspective is shaped by experience.
My perspective wasn’t shaped by observing healthcare. It was shaped by leading organizations responsible for delivering, financing, and enabling many aspects of the industry.
Over the course of my career, I’ve helped build businesses, lead organizations through periods of growth and change, commercialize new ideas, establish strategic partnerships, and make decisions where the right answer wasn’t always obvious.
Those experiences taught me that every organization sees healthcare through a different lens. Providers, health plans, employers, technology companies, investors, and entrepreneurs often approach the same challenge with different incentives, assumptions, and priorities. Some of the best opportunities emerge where those perspectives intersect.

I’ve worked with startups, growth-stage companies, established market leaders, publicly traded multinational organizations, and Fortune 500 companies. My experience spans healthcare delivery, health plans, employer health and benefits, healthcare financing, physician organizations, technology-enabled services, and emerging business models.
Every role expanded my perspective. Together, they shaped how I think about strategy, customer behavior, business models, and the forces changing healthcare.
How I Work
Today, I serve as a long-term advisor to founders, CEOs, investors, boards, and leadership teams navigating consequential decisions.
Every organization has different goals, constraints, and opportunities. My role is to ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and help leaders evaluate important decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
